Return and Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their item.
Items must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered: unused, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
Requests submitted after the 30-day window may be declined except where local law provides otherwise.
Inspection and Eligibility
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Returns that show signs of use, modification, missing accessories, or damage not present at delivery may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Products that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product description will be eligible for replacement or a full refund, subject to verification.
Return Shipping & Fees
If the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, incorrect product shipped), KUAICHILUGGAGE will cover return shipping costs.
If you return an item for reasons such as changed preference, wrong selection, or other non-defect reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining the tracking number until the return process is complete. KUAICHILUGGAGE is not responsible for packages lost without tracking information.
We do not apply additional hidden handling fees beyond applicable shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide step-by-step return instructions, the approved return address, and any required documentation or labels. Unauthorized returns or packages sent to alternate addresses without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
We aim to issue refunds promptly; however, the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on the policies of your bank or payment provider and can take 7 business days.
You will receive an email notification when we have completed the refund on our side.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you prefer an exchange, eligible items can be exchanged for a different model or color subject to availability.
We recommend confirming stock availability before initiating an exchange to avoid delays.
If the replacement item has a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference as appropriate.
Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival
If your luggage arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy — typically a replacement or a full refund — at no extra cost to you for verified defects or shipping damage.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
